This triangular-shaped neighborhood is located between the Wellshire and Observatory Park neighborhoods to the west and and I-25 to the east. The neighborhood is primarily residential with the majority of homes reflecting the 1950’s ranch-style architecture. The neighborhood has a suburban feel with winding streets and larger lots. Residents enjoy easy access to retail located along Colorado Boulevard as well as convenient commuting options to both Downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center.
The Mamie Eisenhower Park is located in the southern portion of the neighborhood and is named after the First Lady who spent a portion of her childhood in Denver and attended East High School. The Park features tennis courts, soccer fields, an outdoor pool, a recreation center and a playground.
