The Golden Triangle neighborhood, is a triangle of land located between Broadway, Colfax and Speer just south of Downtown Denver. The neighborhood includes many civic buildings including the Colorado Justice Center, the Colorado History Museum, the Denver Art Museum, the Denver Justice Center and the Denver Library, among others.
In addition to all of the civic buildings, the neighborhood has a variety of locally owned shops, bars and restaurants for residents and visitors to enjoy. The residential housing options are diverse including 19th and 20th century Victorians and bungalows intermixed with high-rise condo and apartment buildings. Residents enjoy close proximity to Downtown Denver and direct access to the Cherry Creek Trail and Civic Center Park. Civic Center Park is a central anchor for the City hosting annual events such as the People’s Fair, the Cinco de Mayo Celebration, the Great American Beer Festival and other large-scale outdoor events.
