In Sunday’s Denver Post, Metro Denver’s top performing Realtors of 2012 were announced and Leigh Wilbanks was honored to be included in the Gold-level category this year! In 2012, Leigh completed 43 transactions totaling almost 19 million dollars of sales volume which ranked Leigh #28 out of the thousands of brokers working in the Denver Metro Area! Thanks to an amazing group of Red Door clients and friends who have consistently recommended us to their friends and family, we have continued to grow the Red Door family year after year and maintained the feel of a boutique firm while competing with the big dogs! After the Central Park West neighborhood is sold out, Builders will begin selling lots in the Bluff Lake neighborhood before moving north of I-70.

Stapleton Ranked #11 Nationwide in 2011!

Stapleton was ranked #11 in Master Planned Community sales nationwide in a recent survey conducted by the John Burns Real Estate Consulting Firm. Sales numbers were analyzed from 131 projects in all areas of the U.S., representing nearly 23,000 new home sales during 2011, or nearly 7.6% of the estimated 300,000 new U.S. home sales in 2011. Master Planned Communities are large-scale developments that can include a wide array of real estate product, multiple builders, diverse amenities and non-residential uses (schools, commercial, etc.). The Master Planned Community concept is designed to appeal to a wide array of buyers by creating a superior “place” with segmented product types that share a common design and marketing theme. Overall, sales for the top U.S. Master Planned Communities were generally stable or increased somewhat in 2011. Click here to see the other communities ranking with Stapleton in the top 50.
