Crestmoor is a peaceful and quite residential neighborhood located between Lowry and Hilltop. The curved streets of Crestmoor are an unusual break from the standard Denver grid system and create unique lot sizes and shapes. The neighborhood is mostly comprised of single-family homes but a few condo complexes exist along the eastern Quebec boundary of the neighborhood.
Crestmoor Park, located along Monaco Pkwy, is a large park with an abundance of areas for activities including tennis courts, softball fields, a playground and a soccer field. During the summer months, residents gather for movies in the park. On the south west corner of the park is the Crestmoor Community Association (CCA), a private tennis club that is open during summer months with 3 swimming pools and 6 tennis courts as well as plenty of room for private events.
