Observatory Park

The Observatory Park neighborhood, named after the Romanesque Chamberlin Observatory, is also often referred to as University Park due to its proximity to the University of Denver which is positioned just outside of the neighborhood’s western boundary.  This neighborhood is great for residents who commute to downtown Denver and DTC due to it’s position between 3 thoroughfares and the lightrail stop at the northeastern corner of the neighborhood.

The real estate in Observatory Park varies from mansions to small bungalows and from old ranches and tudors to new modern homes.  Residents enjoy close proximity to the DU campus but a more upscale more quiet atmosphere than the University neighborhood.
